Renting a car almost every week, Ive waiting for long time for the app from Enterprise - as website has some annoying usability issues when making a reservation and has not been updated for years in this area. The app is surprisingly good, but can be even better. Keep improving! For example, when I choose pickup and drop off times, the top green box with triangle should be really removed, it looks like you have to click on it. Confused me multiple times and still does. Also, for some reasons it doesnt show my past rentals while all future ones are there... Hope, you will remove all this small issues. Thank you for good work, guys!
Excellent app.
It remembers your preferred or usual location.
The date selection is two clicks faster than any reservation app Ive used.

Making a reservation works, nice and smooth.
Alerts when you land at the airport asking if you need directions. Reminders at the correct time.
Even the simple things: While you have a rental, you can find out what you rented (colour, make, model) including the license plate so you can find it in the parking lot!
The people who built this are obviously users, or visa-versa.
Very convenient, I was able to modify my reservation at the last minute and got a very good rate.
Very nicely designed - looks great AND is easy to use...many apps have one or the other instead of both.

Some bad moments
Very USA based. No language selection, no currency selection, no landscape mode. Help numbers are 0800 of undetermined country. Inconsistent class names of car sizes. No access to rental terms and conditions when selecting vehicles. Waste of bandwidth to download.
App broken, never has my reservation! And if they do its empty, dirty and a half hour away.
Do not take car from Enterprise spicially in Germany. They charged me about 70 Euro more without any explanation. I sent lots of e-mails to customer service bot nobody answered!! High risk to give them credit card information. Trust me!
Since Ive updated the app a couple of days ago, it doesnt want to keep me logged in even though Ive checked "keep me logged in" option. As a frequent customer and user of the app this is painfully annoying.
I do love the fact that its an app. But it doesnt always do what I want it to do. I created a reservation on the app and apparently lost it made the same reservation a few days later and it was $100 more to no fault of my own. Every time I open the app I have to log in again I have to look up my password I have to try to remember my member number none of this information is easily available why should I waste my time. Why cant it just remember me? I have the selection checked. Things I do appreciate; its easy to use, simple and straightforward, easy to read and I like that it tallies my reward points.
