Enterprise Rent-A-Car App Reviews

Just installed version 1.1.2. On iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1. "Extend Rental" function does NOT work!! Clicking it brings up car rental ID, & says "Call Location" button does nothing and does not provide phone number, or even access to location search Location function does NOT provide contact for local rental store (required to extend rental) mKing this APP totally useless for anything other than initiating a NEW Rental! VERY disappointed! Enterprise is the only car rental company with such a poorly written/functioning APP! Hopefully V1.2.1 will be released soon!!!

Pretty fluid and easy to use menu. I like being able to see how many rentals before the next membership tier.

App has a nice UI, but only functions to show my plus status and existing reservations. Not that helpful. Issues every time I want to book a new reservation or modify an existing one. Please look into accurately reflecting the hours of each of your locations, as these "There is something wrong with the drop-off time" error messages pop up INCORRECTLY when trying to book new/modify. Have to call agents EVERY TIME to make any new reservations or modifications (which theyre always able to make despite the app claiming theres an "error"). Totally defeats one of the main purposes of having the mobile app. Looking forward to this fix!

Didnt clearly indicate blackout times. Used Turo instead

Glad to have an enterprise app at last. Only one thing, why is the currency GBP instead of USD. I have no clue how to change that!

Super sleek and awesome. Finally enterprise realized that having awesome website experience can draw more customers. Better late than never!!

The app is awesome but needs a way to save the account number so it doesnt need to be entered every time you want to rent a car.

Finally, a bug preventing view of already-made reservations has been fixed. App appears to be working correctly.

App wont recognize login info I use on the web site with no issue. Ive been a plat. member for yrs and was hoping this would make reservations more efficient.

Works perfectly. You get all information you need, to have a problem free car reservation/rental. So easy.

The app is so modern and works so well. Just did a reservation for a trip in Portland and it was super easy. Now I can have all my info in the phone no need to print papers. Also love for the new iPhones that has enabled the force touch to make a new reservation or other stuff. Tried other car rental app and Really this is the best app yet by far. Im one of those that uses an app for everything so keep up the good work.

You cant add your card to Wallet/Passbook.

Enterprise FINNALY made the decision to get an app. Thank goodness!

Poor execution. The app was just released and its almost as if they didnt beta test it. As soon as you launch the App, it crashes.

After last update this app has became useless, as it is constantly crushing once you entered your credentials and try to log in. As now there is no way to use this app, please fix.

So finally Enterprise gets an app! Now I can rent from them again. Already booked 3 reservations. My favorite rental app! Thats saying a lot because it usually takes a while to figure out an app. However, this is my favorite rental app. Very easy and streamlined. Rewards reservations are simplified over all others! Hope they remain this way....

Doesnt work anymore i have the iPhone6+ latest updates but this app will crush once you open it.

When i try to login with my valid email address/member number, app still display error.
