Enterprise Rent-A-Car App Reviews

Although this app has wonderful UI, I was never manage to make a reservation. Every time when I started a new reservation and tried to select a location or use the gps to locate, a window popped out and said "Were sorry, but it looks like you are either not connected to the Internet or our services are temporarily offline. Please check your connection and try again."

Every time I enter my ID and password, I get an error screen saying Ive entered in the wrong information. (And it is most certainly not the wrong information.)

I had high hopes for this app when it was finally released... Your past reservations are never in date order... Which makes zero sense. You just have to scroll through all of your past reservations to try to find the one you are looking for. You cannot cancel or modify a reservation on it ever. Always says there are technical issues and tells you to go online or call. I went online and the site didnt let you cancel a reservation either. I tried calling and waited an hour and never had anyone pick up the phone.

I submitted 2 feedback a via app and there has been no reponse.

Thank you for adding the weekend special to the app! Awesome that Enterprise has this deal and even more awesome that it’s available on their app.
